Version 0.5.0

• ChangeVenue book is now opt-in

The Venue book button, the More link and the Platform > Venues tab stay hidden until the platform owner switches on Activate venues. Saved venues are never touched.

• NewPut your tabs in your own order

Drag your tabs into the order you like, either on the Customize bottom bar page (grab the dots on a row) or straight on the top bar on a computer. The same order is used on the phone bottom bar, the side bar and the top bar. The top bar's Invite tab now reads Invite a musician, and Sonar and Platform have a divider between them.
